Singing in the Rain

Abram and Katie have discovered the joy of playing in the rain. Everytime it starts raining, Abram runs to grab his red fire boots and his raincoat...Katie follows right behind. In this short clip they are having races against each other and the rain. There are several puddles that they hit on their race track. Don't worry, Katie is fine from her tumble at the end of the clip.

Happy Birthday Will

Cousin Will turned 5 this week. The celebration started last weekend with a party for the kids at McDonalds and then a party for the adults at his house. It was a weekend of fun and family.Katie and Abram enjoyed the ice cream and french fries very much. They even enjoyed them mixed together.
Abram and Landon are big kids! Showing how grown up they are sitting at the big kids table.
Aunt Cynthia and Katie hung out together at the other party. They had fun making faces and telling each other stories.

Uncle Chad and Abram had a blast playing with Will's new toys.

Adventures with Papaw and GramT

We took a weekend adventure to Papaw and GramT's house. As always they were the most gracious hosts. They even provided entertainment. We took the kids to the neighbors pond to look for the fish. After many bread balls, a fish surfaced for a brief second, just enough to make everyone believe there were really fish in the pond.

Thanks for the adventure Papaw and Gram T!!!

Future Soccer Players

Cousin Will is playing soccer, so we have been attending his games. The favorite part of the whole game is when everyone finishes playing, the field is empty and Abram and Katie can run and run. They really enjoy the space to take off. Katie is getting pretty good at dribbling the ball, while Abram just enjoys kicking it as hard as he can and then chasing it. It is also a great time to run and hang out with Will and Landon.

Bath Time

Bath time at the Fletcher's is always an adventure. Both of the kids love the water but are not big fans of having to sit still to have their hair washed and especially not rinsed. By the end of bath time, it is often a tie as to who is wetter, the kids or Mommy and Daddy.

Just For Fun

Since we haven't posted in a while, we thought we would just share some of the everyday happenings at the Fletcher house...
The Fletcher Family SymphonyYes, they did dump out every toy in all 8 buckets and were having the time of their lives.
Nothing makes a better toy than an empty box.
Abram greatly enjoys Katie's birthday present (Katie also enjoys it, but we just caught Abram in this picture).
Nothing deep, nothing profound, just the ongoing travels, trials and adventures of the Fletchers. Check out the bottom to see how fast time is flying for the newest Fletchers.
